BKube France undertakes to ensure during the term of the contract, the maintenance of the complete system that it will have supplied.
The customer may request remote maintenance following the diagnosis of the telephone assistance.
BKube France reserves the right to contact the customer directly if any malfunction is detected.
3- Guaranteed to work properly
Throughout the subscription to the service, the equipment is guaranteed to work properly. For any malfunction due to the sole responsibility of BKube France, the repair will be borne by the company.
